My stay at the Canopy by Hilton was quite a mix. While the rooftop bar offers stunning views, which is a major highlight, I was disappointed by the misleading advertising regarding the pool access fees. The service was inconsistent, with some staff being abrupt, but others did provide good assistance. The rooms themselves need some updates, as they felt cramped and dated. Overall, I found the hotel to be okay, but I don't think I would return, especially with the additional charges for the pool area.
